I am originally from Denver, Colorado. While working on a BFA in Illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design, I became interested in archaeology and sought work as an archaeological illustrator. Building on this, I pursued an MA in Architecture at UCLA where I focused on using 3D animation technology to reconstruct historic sites. After several years of working in this field, I began taking on more traditional graphic design work in the Los Angeles area. I have since returned to Colorado, where I work as an exhibit designer at the CU Museum of Natural History, as well as a freelance technical illustrator and graphic designer. In addition, I am currently developing a line of greeting cards, available at Rum Bird Studio.
